Local Missions

As the church is called to serve the world, Stonebridge is called to serve those around us. With this in mind, we support various missions right here in California as we seek to be a light where we are planted. 
Orange County Rescue Mission

Overview: The OC Rescue Mission is a Christian organization in Orange County, CA that provides assistance in the areas of guidance, counseling, education, job training, shelter, food, clothing, health care, and independent living communities to the "least, the last, and the lost."

Someone Cares Soup Kitchen

Overview: Someone Cares Soup Kitchen in Costa Mesa serves a home-made fresh meal daily to those in the community who are hungry, poor, neglected, handicapped in some form, or otherwise disadvantaged. They specifically care about feeding the children, and with the partnership of local churches and businesses have a sustaining volunteer base and have expanded their food ministry to include other necessities like education for the children and clothing.

Overview: The Sheepfold is a Christian organization in Orange County, CA that provides safety and the opportunity of healing to women and their children. They try to establish independent living for these women and children so they do not return to their abuser and destructive lifestyle.

Stockton Peniel (part of World Gospel Mission)
Stockton Peniel's Homepage

Overview: Stockton Peniel is part of World Gospel Mission's (WGM) inner city ministry. Stonebridge has partnered with the Peniel mission called "The Center" in Stockton, CA for several years, sending workers and resources to help minister to the children who live in the area.
